Clarification about one statment in the rules section?
I'm from Morocco. I would like to know if I can participate in the hackathon, because I saw that my country appears in the list below.
Rules : "Individuals..........., or where the Poster is unable to ship Arduino 101* or Genuino 101* (model 950417) boards. Hi Walid,
Unfortunately, there are shipping restrictions on the Arduino 101 devices that exclude more countries than are typical for competitions. If you have an Arduino 101/Genuino 101 already, you can submit a hack, but we will be unable to ship you one for passing the Idea Round. I'm sorry! We wish there were no restrictions.

implies that Arduino 101 was blocked to many more countries in 2016.
